This land was contracted by the Gorman Property Group prior to the South East Queensland Plan being finalised and was zoned rural and earmarked for a park by Logan City Council.
With the owner’s patience we were able to have the land included in the Urban Footprint and obtain a Preliminary Approval amending the Planning Scheme to allow for over 500 lots of residential development. The project has been successfully completed by Lendlease and is now fully occupied community.
