Chambers Flat Road, Logan Reserve
Gorman Property Group purchased the 4 ha site and obtained a Development Approval and then constructed a 60-lot residential subdivision, as part of the approval we designed and built a 7,000 sqm local park comprising a Playground and fitness equipment and a half-court basketball court.
The park was then dedicated to Logan City Council under an Infrastructure Agreement. The park has proved very popular with residents.
