Rose-Wood Park, a 78 townhouse complex offered the discern­ing investor a pro­duct far exceed­ing any other in the locality.

Completed just before Christ­mas 1992, the complex was fully occupied by tenants before the end of January 1993!

This oasis community – which established a new benchmark in a lower socioeconomic area – also benefited from an extended period under Gorman Property management before being passed on to other managers who continued the Gorman Property Resident Management system.
