Gorman Property Group negotiated with seven separate land owners for this combined parcel of over 30 Ha resulting in over 700 residential lots.
The approval process required the negotiation between Gorman Property Group and Logan City Council to approve trunk sewer infrastructure and a new sewer pump station which was a revision of Councils infrastructure planning for the area.
This has opened up the development potential of Logan Reserve providing for in excess of 1,000 dwellings to be built ahead of schedule.
