Bayes Road Logan Reserve

A 1.2 ha site was purchased and sub-divided in stages.

An approval for a service station was obtained and the land subdivided and sold.

We then obtained approval for a 12-lot subdivision, with 11 residential house lots and a townhouse. Site and constructed the subdivision.

The 11 residential lots were sold and settled.
