Queensland Government Minister for Housing, The Honourable Meaghan Scanlon recently opened a purpose-built affordable housing development sourced, designed and built by the Gorman Property Group.

The 15-unit development, located at Maranoa Street Logan Reserve, has been sold in one line to a community housing provider and immediately filled with residents.

Community Housing (Queensland) Limited State Manager, Alicia Follent said, “Working with our valued development partners (GPP), we are able to address the immediate housing needs in our communities, ensuring individuals and families have access to quality and secure homes”.
