About the Gorman Property Group

Recognised leaders in urban and coastal development, the Gorman Property Group has always been about building for the future.

From their very beginnings in 1991, the Group has anticipated and responded to community needs for flexible family accommodation. Each development has set new standards in design and management.

Innovation and Collaboration

Key to the Gorman Property Group's success is our continued focus on the future.

The Group is always thinking of smarter, more flexible and more imaginative ways to meet the long-term needs of both residents and investors.

Continuing to respond to community needs for quality family accommodation, the Group's community title complexes are far-sighted and sympathetic to family and community needs.

We see the need for more flexible housing models and urge our clients to look at the dual living models for both First Home Owners and Downsizers as a way of living and earning from the same property.
